There are different times when painting that I am so overwhelmed by the excitement & delight I feel that I sit back, pause, nearly cry, and say "Thank you, Jesus.❤️ Thank you for letting me do this! Thank you for helping me." That is exactly what happened today working on this. I don't take the blessing of the fun of creating for granted and pray I never do.

 
I loved every minute if this painting. It was inspired by a photograph taken in Cades Cove, Tennessee. A place I visit often. An old cabin in a wooded setting. Old but still alive with purpose.
